Arsenal sit top of the league and the pressure will be on right until the end of the season.

There will be many of a Gunners persuasion pledging allegiance to Brighton on Thursday evening. Manchester City make the trip to the Amex Stadium and Mikel Arteta and co require the Premier League champions to drop points to put the title race in Arsenal's hands.

The north London side cannot afford to take their eyes off of the ball with just four games remaining, and this weekend they will hope St Totteringham's day. Arsenal take on Spurs on Sunday with plenty on the line for both sides.

Last season saw the Gunners win for the first time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, something they need to repeat. With that said, Mirror Football takes a look at some of the latest Arsenal news and Areta's side prepare for the North London Derby.

Transfer talks

Reports in Italy suggest that Arsenal are in talks to sign Bologna forward Joshua Zirkzee. Tuttosport on Wednesday noted that the Gunners are in talks with the 22-year-old's agent, Kia Joorabchian.

The club are said to be ready to offer a contract until 2029 and an annual salary of £5million. A fee of £51.6m is reported to have been negotiated in addition to that

The Dutch forward has bagged 11 goals in Serie A this term and added five assists, with Bologan looking set to qualify for the Champions League for the first time.

Partey plan

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has called upon his team to win each of their remaining matches following victory over Chelsea. The Ghana midfielder's plan would see his side reach the tally that City did to earn the title 12 months ago.

"Everything depends on us," he said. "We have to continue winning our games, we have a few more games left and we have to win them all.”

That begins with taking three points against Spurs. Arsenal's north London rivals play all three title contenders before the season ends. Part is under no illusion of what the Gunners must achieve in the fixture. “We know it is going to be a very difficult game,” he added. “We know what to do. I think we have to test them.”

What Jurrien Timber must do for Premier League medal?

While a Premier League title is far from guaranteed at this stage that remains Arsenal's ambition. Not everyone who features over the course of a season is guaranteed a medal even when success is achieved, however.

The Gunners welcomed back Jurrien Timber to action earlier this week as he scored a stunning goal for Arsenal's under-21 side. After missing most of the season, his return from injury has been carefully managed.

The defender featured for just 50 minutes of Arsenal's opening Premier League match this term. To be eligible for a medal, five appearances are required and that would need Timber to play a part in each of the north London side's remaining matches. A difficult ask.
