Team news? Reece is absolutely fine. Romeo is getting stronger and stronger. We had a mini practice match in the week where he looked really good. Estevao will be out for a little bit longer and Jamie Gittens is progressing in his rehab.
PSG in Champions League? So excited. PSG are a fantastic team. I have experience of playing against them in France. These are the games you live for.
Fofana racially abused? It was a tough day for Wes, what happened the game and the racist abuse he got online. It affects you in ways that shouldn't exist - it's something we have to try and erradicate from life.
Chelsea's financial loss? My job is to focus on the team, trying to make the team and the squad as strong as possible to win things. I will have those conversations with the ownership and those above me.
Scheduling and Palmer's fitness? Obviously, not just Cole, you want every player in football to be at their very best, the top of their health. The fans pay a lot of money to watch us.
Criticism of tactics after Arsenal loss? For large spells of the game, you're always disappointed to lose in a semi-final, but I think there were availability issues. For the first leg, I was here for four days.
I'm really happy with the group and the start we have made. We've won eight out of 12 and it should be 10 out of 12. That's not bad.
Eze and Gyokeres? I worked with Viktor at Brighton's Under-23s. Viktor has started to build his confidence and has shown he can score goals. Eze, I have come up against many times.
Supercomputer predicting Chelsea have hardest fixtures? I'd love to see what this supercomputer looks like. I don't think about it in that way. I want the players to be as physically and mentally fresh as possible.
This club should be in the Champions League, this club is a Champions League club. When I took over, we were eighth. We're now in the race.
More on racial abuse? The players have incredible support both on and off the pitch. They had a meeting with Dr. Michael Bennett today. Social media is part of that generation - it's the way they communicate and the way they live.
Left wing options? Jamie showed really promising signs and then got injured vs West Ham. Garna showed really encouraging signs too.
Every manager will say you're making consistent assessments as you go. I'm learning about my group, their strengths and what they need to improve.
