A new documentary series is heading to Arsenal.com next week, which follows Beth Mead and Vivianne Miedema's recoveries from their respective knee injuries.
Step By Step is a five-part series charting the duo's absences and rehab as they battle back from their serious setbacks to star once again for our women's team.
Our cameras were around for every key moment of their journeys back to fitness, including pre-and post-surgery, and their first steps back into training, and shine a light on the mental, as well as the physical, toll of not being able to play the game they love.
As well as that, Beth and Viv explore why the issue of ACL injuries is so prevalent in the women's game, and look into what is being done to help the next generation of female players avoid the same lengthy layoffs that they have suffered.
